Cats really do rule the world.

Whether it's our houses that become contained cat kingdoms, or it's our whole large properties that become a fully-fledged feline dominion - cats seem to rule our lives in any form we choose to live them. And look at us, cat people, happily living under our feline overlords like it's just another Tuesday. So it's no wonder that when a meowgnificent kitten joins the farm family of the person who saved her - she becomes the undisputed queen of the region, ruling the humans and livestock alike. All while having the cutest kitten face ever.

Besides, it's not surprising that the Cat Distribution System matches a kitten with such a princess energy to the best place for her to rule and roam. A farm is practically purrfect for a kitten to socialize with other animals, while being the freest that they could ever be. What a wonderful thing it is to be this free… and smol, adorable, beautiful, and loved.

Just for context - this kitten was saved from a literal dog's mouth. That's why this update is so happy, we were waiting eagerly to see how she adjusts to life on the farm. And here she is, ruling it with an iron paw and with a pure heart.

Just so you know, farm cats and adult chickens generally coexist peacefully, so we see a bright future for this kitten and her chicken subjects. Adult chickens are often too large for cats to view as prey anyway, so they're safe in the presence of a cat on the farm. In fact, chickens are bold and will quickly "rule the roost" by chasing cats away from food or nest boxes, so they keep themselves clucking safe, thank you very much for asking.

Aww, this purrito is such a cute wash for a morning's tired eyes. And of this particularly adorable kitten? It makes it even more perfect.
The blanket burrito is a concept that just universally works. This is also how they calm newborn babies in the hospital. And honestly, most of the things that work with human babies could also work with cat babies - as evidenced by this precious purrito.
